Most frequent questions and answers

Yes. Access767 charges a 7% commission per transaction (charged to the store owner), however up to 5% of this amount goes towards online payment processing and conversion fees.

Yes. Buyers are charged a service fee of only EC$2 or USD$0.75 per order

Access subscriptions are annual and can be canceled at any time prior to the renewal date.

Customers are allowed to make payment via Secure Credit Card (Powered by Stripe) or Check (offline). For offline payments store owners need to ensure the order status (processing, canceled, completed etc.) are kept up to date.

Store owners are paid every Friday via Bank Transfer, or Check. A store owner is able to view all orders processed for their store and all other transaction related data from within their account on Access767. Banking details can also be uploaded via the account management area.

The store owner is responsible for fulfilling all orders placed for their products including packaging, shipping, and any required support.
